Co-Directors

Ryan and Brittany bring a wealth of knowledge, to MERCI, having served in several areas of ministry since they’ve become married. Over the past 5 years they have served as mentors and more recently, leading marriage workshops and other events at MERCI.

They bring to MERCI young and fresh ideas, technical and social media skills, and a wealth of knowledge of marriage God’s way.

As Ryan and Brittany take over operational responsibilities, Bob and Carol Esham, in their changing roles, will continue to serve on MERCI’s board, mentor couples, speak at churches, and work on developing other areas of the ministry (including writing curriculum/devotions). Together we are working on expanding MERCI’s reach so all couples and churches, in our community, will know there is help, hope, and transformation for all marriages!
